Q.How soon can you recover my data?

A. As soon as we get your drive/storage medium, we start the analysis of it which usually takes 1-2 hours, but it might take more time, sometimes almost a full day to analyse the storage medium, depending on the damage to it. After analysis, you are informed of the time it will take to recover your data, etc. along with other details. Without analysing the storage medium, its quite difficult to say how much time will it take.
 

Q.What are your charges & how much will it cost me?

A. Each disk-crash situation is different. One might be a normal one from which its easy to recover but sometimes it may be a situation with maximum damage & recovering data from which is very difficult. So without analysing your storage medium & making an assessment of the damage, we can't say what it'll cost you. It may be quite less or it may be a big amount. You are informed of the cost involved after we complete the analysis & start work only after your approval. Since we strive to provide quality services at economical prices, the charges are negotiable.
 

Q.I have very confidential data in my drive. Can I trust you?

A. Your data remains absolutely confidential as it was at your place. We do not permit any outside person inside our labs & no technician/engineer is allowed to take anything inside or bring it outside. We take utmost care to keep your data confidential, you can remain assured.
 

Q.I lost my data again. Can you help?

A. No Problem, you can take your data from us as we keep backups of all recovered data for a period of 1 week since delivery. After that period, backups of your data with us are destroyed which are beyond recovery. So if its been a week or less since we delivered your recovered data to you, you can get a copy from us, but if its been more than a week, then you'll have to bring your storage medium again for recovery.
 

Q.Do you maintain data integrity?

A. Yes, we maintain data integrity & you can verify the data before giving an acceptance.
 

Q.What about my Privacy?

A. We maintain your complete privacy & none of your details is released to any person outside our company.
