Shipping Instructions

We at Disk Recovery Experts, are here to take care of your damaged disks & retrieve your precious data from them. But its in your benefit to follow certain guidelines while shipping your storage media to us, so as to safe-guard it from further damage.

Please follow the guidelines below before you ship your storage media to us:
  1. Place the drive or storage media in an anti-static bag. These bags can be found easily at electronic supply shops.
  2. Pack the media in a cardboard box which has a padding of atleast 2 inches of either bubble wrap or foam on all 6 sides. Please make sure that the foam is not styrofoam. If original packing of the media is available, then please use that.
  3. Fill this Media Assessment Form & print it. Include this Form in the packing.
  4. Label the box as FRAGILE.
  5. Send the packed storage media to us at:

  6. Fax or Email us the details like Courier Company Name, Date on which sent, etc. Our Contact Details are available here.
